Hey Zonie, I know this is off topic for this site, but when I lived in Tempe AZ, I worked at Global Fulfillment Inc. My job was mainly desk/meetings/paperwork/computer/data entry-related, but I know they have a warehouse division. I don't know much about your experience outside of being a furnace operator, but I thought this might be helpful.
